HI-TECH SURVEILLANCE / SUB ROSA

As you make your decision to hire a Private Investigator for SubRosa, remember to keep some of these important issues in mind. There is no way to predict how long a surveillance/SubRosa will take or what the final results will be. Also, the cost is unpredictable because of what the subject may, or may not do.

While many subjects are "not too smart" and simple to follow, others require a great deal of surreptitious techniques. Sometimes two or more agents must be used to follow the subject and be prepared to spend more. You can spend the money now, or spend it later, but we can say from experience that if you want the video to show positive results, the investigator cannot be hampered by an inappropriate budget.

In this case, time IS money, but you WILL see the results if we have enough time allocated. Keeping track of a person/person's movements is expensive. In the end you may save 10 times the money by spending it in the "smart" way.

Our surveillance agents all have 10 or more years experience and use only the most advanced equipment available to give you the best results in your pursuit to negotiate the case at hand.

Our "Red Flag" indicators do not mean that the subject is malingering, bogus, lying, or attempting to defraud you or your company. They are a clue that the applicant may want to mislead, or may have given false and confusing information to his/her employer. Remember, "Red Flags" don't automatically translate into guilt, but are some of the indicators that the case may be "potentially fraudulent."

"RED FLAGS"
  • Claimant is never "available"
  • Applicant's injury is coincidental to the closing or of lay-offs
  • Information from other employees may show the subject is active in sports, weekend activities and travel
  • Applicant is in-line for the early retirement
  • There is a history of malingering
  • Excessive demands for settlement or compensation
  • Applicant took excessive or unexplained time off just prior to the alleged injury
  • Applicant cannot be reached at home after alleging that the injury has disabled him/her
  • Other members of the family have received benefits from Workers Comp Claims
  • Alleged injuries are all soft-tissue, pain and emotional injuries
  • The subject may be working another job to double dip
  • Applicant's lifestyle does not coincide with the known reported income
